Purpose and Application
VT is designed for:
- transmitting signal to instruments and protective, alarm or control devices;
- electricity metering;
- isolating secondary circuits from high voltage.
VT are made for boreal climate and tropical climate, and environment class 1 as per GOST 15150-69.
Creepage distance III according to GOST 9920.
The working position is vertical.
VT is manufactured as per Specification 0ET.591.001
Design
Transformers are single-phase, inductive, three- or four-winding (version 3NOL-SVEL-35 III-4) electromagnetic devices with a grounded terminal “X” of the primary winding. By the design principle - support, with cast resin.
The main (or two main ones - for versions 3NOL-SVEL-35-4 III) secondary winding is designed for measuring and metering electricity, an additional secondary winding - for protection, power supply of automation, control, signaling circuits, as well as for monitoring network isolation.
The high-voltage terminal "A" of the primary winding is located on the upper surface of the transformer. The terminals of the secondary windings and the grounded terminal "X" of the primary winding are located at the bottom of the cast block and are covered with a protective cover.
The terminals of the secondary windings intended for measuring and metering electricity are additionally closed with a sealed cover.
The contact panel is closed with a cover for protection against atmospheric precipitation. At the request of the customer, to ensure tightness, it is possible to supply transformers with sealing collars at the point of exit of the connection cable from the terminal panel.
Design Features
At the request of the customer, it is possible to manufacture transformers with increased rated loads of the secondary windings.
3NOL-SVEL-35 III-4 with two main secondary windings, the maximum rated power in the 0.5 / 0.5 accuracy class is 50/50 VA.
