VT is designed for:

  • transmitting signal to instruments and protective, alarm or control devices;
  • electricity metering;
  • isolating secondary circuits from high voltage.

VT are made for boreal climate and tropical climate, and environment class 2 as per GOST 15150-69.

Support-type cast resin VT is a single-phase, double-coil electromagnet induction unit with non-grounded primary coil.

Primary terminals are connected to the top surface of VT and completed isolated from the ground. Secondary terminals are connected to the bottom of the cast unit.

Secondary terminal are sealed with protective cap.
