SVEL Group is a single supplier of auxiliary transformers for Grand Frais Company being constructed near Mtsensk, Oryol Region. The plant’s expected annual output is 135,000 tons of goods: french fries, hashbrowns, flakes, etc.
The project is implemented by Miratorg Agricultural Holding, a long-term partner of SVEL, and one of the large fast food chain. The total construction area is approximately 4 hectares.
Eight dry-type cast resin transformers Series TSZD-2,500/10 with additional cooling system by SVEL will be located in the production work floor. Two of those transformers shall provide power supply for water treatment and sewerage facilities. By the completion of the construction, the site will be delivered with four 400kVA and 2,500kVA power transformers.
First batches of semi-finished potato goods are scheduled to be delivered in December 2025.
