In Nizhegorodskaya Region, the reconstruction of 110kV Pavlovo Substation is completed, and this is almost 100 Years old substation. Now 32MVA power transformer by SVEL is installed there, along with 6kV three-phase current limiting reactors. The reactors are equipped with non-magnet supports for fast and easy mounting, that ensured a significant saving both of the customers funds, and installation time.
This substation energizes Pavlovo Settlement, i.e. residential houses, social and utility sites, and the principal local companies, with Pavlov Autobus Plant – a large supplier of autobuses to the domestic market – among those.
The upgrade completed by the electrical engineers allowed building up more reliable maintenance circuits, stabilizing the voltage level at 6kV busbars, and address of the electricity needs of this region.
