Description
Circuit-breakers with drives РГ-СВЭЛ-35 are intended to operate in AC networks with frequency 50Hz and rated voltage 35kV for closing and opening of de-energized circuits which are under voltage, earthing of de-energized circuits by means of earth termination and transformer no load current de-energization, charging currents of air and cable lines.
РГ-СВЭЛ-35 сircuit-breakers and drivers are made with climatic class N and NF, 1-3 category of disposition as per GOST 15150, they are intended for indoor and outdoor installation with altitude 1000 m above sea level in districts with temperate and cold climate under the following conditions:
- non-explosive environment, free of dust in concentrations that reduce the product parameters within inadmissible limits. Environmental pollution conditions shall comply with Type II atmosphere according to GOST 15150;
- upper operation ambient temperature 40°C;
- lower operation ambient temperature -60°C;
- circuit-breaker ensures safe operation in ice-covered conditions with ice crust thickness up to 20 mm and wind speed up to 15 m/s, and in the absence of ice up to 40 m/s;
- operation under conditions of surfaces contamination II, III or IV degree as per GOST 9920;
- meet the requirements of GOST R 52726 and 0ET.525.001 Specification;
- in terms of safety meet the requirements of GOST R 52726-2007, GOST 12.2.007.0-75 and GOST 12.2.007.3-75, Regulations for Electrical Installation and Inter-Industry Occupational Safety and Health Regulations (Safety Regulations) for Operation of Electrical Installations;
- can be manufactured for special operation conditions according to customer`s requirements.
Assembly
Circuit-breaker РГ(O)-35 includes:
- circuit-breaker in three-pole or single-pole version (and its units);
- drives;
- carrier for drives fastening, control shaft;
- bridges set (upon request);
- remote control cabinet (upon request);
- spare parts kit (upon request).
The following set of operating documentation is accompanied the circuit-breaker:
- passport 1 pc;
- operation manual 1 pc;
- installation drawing 1 set.
Assembly is designed for vertical and horizontal installation with rigid busbars. Maximum extension height up to 0.5m, maximum length of bus link up to 6m.
Reliable atmospheric effects protection. Contact joints have bridges and enclosures for ice protection.
Main and earthing contacts construction ensures reliability of contact joints by means of simplicity.
Silver cover of the main contacts and nickel cover of the earthing contacts guarantee high durability and stability of electric contact.
High safety of contact joints at short-circuit currents, contact joints design allows self-adjusting and compensation of rejection forces during short-circuit current flowing.
Optimal transport conditions with regard to expenses and safety. 1 piece of cargo, in some cases 2.
Minimum amount of mounting work during installation because of high level of pre-fabrication.
Circuit-breaker assures reliable electric contact during the whole service life and increases assembling convenience by means of springs absence in lamels.
