Reactor equipment
SVEL Group develops and manufactures dry current-limiting reactors with natural air cooling with voltage class up to 500 kV
The plant also produces other types of reactors - armored current-limiting reactors, start-up reactors, smoothing reactors, high-frequency suppressors, filter, damping and compensating reactors.
For a better selection of reactor equipment, it is recommended to fill out a questionnaire, depending on the type of product, and send it to the responsible specialist. Even if there is no data to fill out the questionnaire, you can contact a specialist in the design engineering team for advice.
Our experts will provide you with the following information:
- Technical specification and dimensional drawings for reactor equipment;
- They will help you choose an atypical solution - a reactor with enlarged insulators, a reactor with inputs at a non-standard angle, a step reactor;
- Dimensional drawing of the metal base for the installation of the reactor (if required together with the reactor);
- Develop together with you the most optimal solution for a reactor with size restrictions;
- Calculations will be developed for heating closed-loop metal structures that fall into the zone of the reactor's magnetic field;
- Provide a technical and commercial proposal.

We run the projects jointly with the design companies’ engineers, as any transformer of the same rated parameters may be designed in a range of models, while their operation would depend on certain additional specifics.
