To date, the Presnya Substation provides power from the new generating devices of CHPP-12 to the unified power system of the Moscow region, thereby guaranteeing the stable operation of the 110 kV network at this node.
She is responsible for the centralized power supply of public and residential buildings, government and medical institutions located in the center of the capital. The substation was a key power facility in the preparation program for the 2018 FIFA World Cup, participating in the power supply of the Luzhniki Grand Sports Arena.

SVEL Group supplied dry and oil transformers, as well as performed installation supervision and installation of the pipeline system.
The power transformer was created according to the customer's requirements with a remote cooling system, since the transformer itself had to be in a closed room, which did not imply the possibility of a cooling system operating there.
In addition, at the request of the customer, SVEL for the first time used a special compensation winding for this type of transformer, creating compensation for zero-sequence currents.
