ШЭ-СВЭЛ cabinets for relay protection, automation, control and alarming are intended for relay protection and automation of substation equipment with 35kV of voltage.

ШЭ-СВЭЛ cabinets are manufactured according to 0ЭТ.606.001 Specification and meet the requirements of Technical Regulations of the Customs Union On Safety of Low-Voltage Equipment (004/2011). Relay Protection And Automatic Equipment Cabinet consist of:

• case;
• devices and instruments mounted inside the case;
• manual operational control and alarm mechanisms;
• rows of clamps;
• cable bushings.

Relay Protection And Automatic Equipment Cabinet Classification

Depending on the case, the cabinet can be made with one-sided or two-sided services.

• One-sided service. For this type of cabinets, case with front door is used. It has internal rotary panel and blind back wall.
• Two-sided service. For this type of cabinets, case with front and back doors is used. When two-sided service, mounting plate is positioned in cabinet for equipment installation. For accessibility during maintenance, doors can be opened to an angle of at least 110 degrees, equipped with detent and lock.

Functional composition of the cabinet depends on installed microprocessing protection devices and automation. For a description of the operating logic of the devices, refer to the operating instructions for the devices.

Service life is at least 25 years provided that the required technical maintenance measures are carried out and materials and components with shorter service life are replaced, if necessary.
