SVEL Equipment for Waste Treatment Plants in Moscow Region

SVEL Group manufactured and supplied low power transformers for Waste-2-Energy Project under the project by RT-Invest, Rostec State Corporation.

SVEL specialists designed, manufactured and supplied 0.63/10kV UHL2 low-power transformers thoroughly tailored according to customer's requirements.

Each plant recycles about 700 thousand tons of waste per year, while generating 70 MW of electricity, 5% of which is spent on the company's own needs. The rest is supplied to the grid to power about 250 thousands residents, on top of that it facilitates a solution to the problem of waste dumping.
