Career consulting is a brand new interaction opportunity for students. This time, SVEL Group consults the active students of Electrical Engineering under the auspices of Nuclear Potential Project.
The undergraduate students have a chance to discuss any acute issues and concerns with HR Director of SVEL Group: how to start a career, possible paths of development, optimal CV layout, and also using tests to identify the preferable activity.

We invite students to practical terms and internship, support various student competitions and projects both in Yekaterinburg, and other cities. Career consulting is quite a new format for us, and it proves to be highly effective. On the one hand, we help young people to understand what they really want to do in life, and basing on this, determine their further steps in choosing their walk of life and an employer. On the other hand, it is extremely advantageous for our company: while communicating face-to-face, we better realize the focus of young specialists, and career issues they are concerned about’, said Anastasia Adamovich, Communications Manager of SVEL Group.
