Two representatives of the Chamber of Commerce&Industry from two regions visited SVEL manufacturing site: Mr Sergey Strugov, Chief of the Urals Chamber of Commerce&Industry, and Ms Tatiana Guseva, President of the Ryazanskaya Chamber of Commerce& Industry.
SVEL shared about 17 years of building up a successful international company that employs 3000+ people, a huge part not only for the city of Yekaterinburg, but for the electrical engineering industry. The visitors enjoyed the tour around the oil-immersed transformers production site.
Ms Guseva praised a well-organized and innovative manufacturing complex, and noted that SVEL could be a perfect business partner for many enterprises of Ryazan Region.
Mr Strugov noticed perfectly designed technical processes and well-coordinated work of the SVEL’s team as well as wide opportunities for each employee development.
At the end of the meeting, the representatives of the Chamber of Commerce&Industry shared their knowledge in people motivating, including such accolades as various industry, federal and regional awards.
