SVEL Group manufactured and delivered Dry-Type Transformers for RIO Shopping Mall in Tambov (Tashir Group). This equipment would boost the power capacity at this shopping and entertainment center, as their second phase of which opened on August 17, 2021. Now, the total shopping area has almost doubled – up to 53,000 sq. m., which makes RIO the largest mall in Tambov Region.
1000 kVA / 10 kV Dry-Type Transformers are specially designed to comply environmental and low noise requirements, for running at highly crowded places. The insulation is made of solid environmentally friendly and self-extinguishing dielectric materials.
Special low-noise configuration and anti-vibration elements under the base would ensure low noise values and minimum vibration. The design of SVEL Group design is intended for long-term uninterrupted operation at 100% mains load, which increases reliability of power supply to urban facilities. Temperature control and cooling is implemented via additional ventilation system with remote monitoring via Central Control Board.
The described SVEL-designed technical solutions are typically applied at urban facilities as those fit perfectly well to the modern power supply system of shopping malls.
