July 2021, totally 34 students of the numerous Universities across Russia attend their summer practice course at SVEL Group.
Various subdivisions – Production Workshops, Test Center, Process Engineering, Accounting, Financial Departments, and HR Division – welcome students at the production site.
The students would absorb practical knowledge, take a look at the industrial environment and walk through possible roles within the area of their future expertise.
Beyond the intense practical sessions at various divisions, SVEL experts tip off the best carrier start, CV layout, successful interviewing, as well as employment and promotion opportunities at SVEL. Tomsk Polytechnics’ students – being the guests of our city – are invited to Yekaterinburg sightseeing tour.
All students share a good feedback on the practical session at SVEL, pointing out that the manufacturing process amazes them truly.
The next round of the practical session starts on August 02, 2021. This time, Ural Federal University, Ural Railways University, and Ural Mining University’s students are welcomed.
