SPUE, a removable reusable electromagnet protective unit, is intended to protect primary coil of instrument transformer in the primary circuit. The key feature of this unit is their reusability, as it may be cocked upon actuation.
SPUE was invented in 2016 and, soon, in 2018, patented in Russia. Eurasian patent was issued in 2020. Today the exclusive right of SVEL Group on this unit is protected by the relevant patents in nine countries, globally.
