Shubarkol Komir, JSC is one of the largest manufacturers of power generating coal. Shubarkol coal is an environmentally friendly energy source due to their high calorific value and low ash content.
SVEL Group supplied current transformers for reconstruction of Shubarkol-Novaya Substation. 35kV transformers shall contribute into expanding of the outdoor 35kV, 110/35/6kV switchyard, via boosting the substation’s power. The main requirements to the equipment are trouble-free operation - over 400,000 hours, and high temperature stability.
