This decision is made by representatives of the Yekaterinburg City Government, during their visit to SVEL Power Transformer Production Site. Industrial Policy Coordinating Council under the auspices of City Manager of Yekaterinburg comprises the representatives of the city government and business leaders. Anton Tugolukov, Deputy General Director, SVEL Group, a member of this Council walked visitors around the production shops and discussed general issues of the upcoming event.
Cooperation of local suppliers was named as one of the key topic for discussion; and Anton Tugolukov unfolded the essential experience of SVEL Group, where localization has been underway for more than seven years, to manage manufacturing of all materials and components in the immediate proximity to the company. The session also covered the development plan of SVEL Group along with the launching of new high-tech jobs.
The next session of Industrial Policy Coordinating Council is scheduled for December 2021.
