SVEL Group delivers a batch of current transformers TOL-SVEL-35III-3.1.7, boreal climate category, environment class 1. Their function is to transfer the measurement data to metering instruments and protection, automation, alarm and control gear, as well as electricity metering systems.

The unique feature of this equipment is the external insulation’s creepage path suitable for an extremely high (IV) degree of dust according to GOST 9920, along with an additional tap on each of four secondary windings for ratio control.

Angrenskaya Thermal Power Plant (Uzbekistan) is intended for electricity and heat supply of Angren city, and nearby areas within Tashkent Region. The construction of the plant started in 1953, with the commissioning in 1968. Nowadays, the reconstruction of outdoor switchgear is underway, and SVEL equipment remarkably fits for that.
